Please inform us immediately (with 3 days) and we will do all we can to correct the problem. in addition, we strive to provide you with a product that is useful and successful in your hair care goals. For that reason, please contact us with any concerns and if these issues cannot be resolved we will gladly refund your order.
When using new products, especially herbal (natural) agents, it is suggested that you do a skin test in a dime sized area before proceeding with full application. We have had no incidents of allergies to date, but this can occur.
